How we handle the information you give us when you ask for a quote.

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the job-site address, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message box. Our website also records standard visit information (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location) through Google Analytics.
We use your information to answer your request, visit and assess your property, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about your project. If you have agreed to receive text messages, we use your phone number to send those messages (see below). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If you tick the consent box on our quote form, Wichita Well Professionals LLC may send you text messages about your quote, scheduling and the work at your property. If you separately tick the marketing consent box, we may also send occasional offers and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Your phone number and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
To do the work you have asked for, we share the details of your job with the licensed contractors who carry it out for us (drillers, electricians, irrigation installers), and we store your information in the customer-management and email services we use to run the business. Those providers process it only on our behalf.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. It is stored in password-protected business systems that use encryption in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to do your job, and we never store payment card numbers on our own systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
